As Udemy’s design team was growing, we realized our design tools and processes were outdated and creating inefficient workflows. I created and managed the central UI kit to support the design system updates, and eventually managed all design tools for the team.

• Created and managed the primary UI kit for Sketch

• Ran onboarding and workshops with design team

• Managed trials for new products

• Migrated our whole product onto Figma
